As a series of sketches, you may be able to see the reworkings of Emily’s pencil lines as she studied these stunning birds, as a preparatory piece for later works.
This piece has been taken directly from Emily’s sketchbook and mounted. The window of the mount measures 7 x 5 inches. The outer of the mount measures 9 x 7 inches.
